To facilitate effective and harmonious planning and development of the region, all county and city legislative bodies, and all county, city or other planning agencies within the district shall file with the board, for its information, all county or city master or general plans, the elements of such master or general plans, and any other published development plans, zoning ordinances, official maps, subdivision regulations, or amendments or revisions thereof. All agencies, organizations and instrumentalities of the State within the region shall file with the board, for its information, all public plans, maps, reports and other documents which are related to regional planning or physical development.(Repealed and added by Stats. 1963, Ch. 1811.)
