To facilitate further the effective and harmonious planning of the district, the board may request from the federal government, its agencies and instrumentalities, and from private organizations, agencies, or individuals, copies of those plans, maps, reports and other documents which are related to regional planning.(Added by Stats. 1963, Ch. 1811.)
