65584.045. Notwithstanding the requirements of subdivision (m) of Section 65584.04, the resolution approving the final housing need allocation plan for the San Diego Association of Governments’ sixth revision shall use the sustainable communities strategy in the regional transportation plan adopted by the San Diego Association of Governments on October 9, 2015, to demonstrate the consistency determinations required in paragraphs (1) and (3) of subdivision (m) of Section 65584.04.(Added by Stats. 2019, Ch. 634, Sec. 3.
