A local government may, but is not required to, conduct a review or appeal regarding allocation data provided by the department or the council of governments pertaining the locality’s share of the regional housing need or the submittal of data or information for a proposed allocation, as permitted by this article.(Added by Stats. 2004, Ch. 227, Sec. 59.
