Within 30 days of receipt of an application for a Low Barrier Navigation Center development, the local jurisdiction shall notify a developer whether the developer’s application is complete pursuant to Section 65943. Within 60 days of receipt of a completed application for a Low Barrier Navigation Center development, the local jurisdiction shall act upon its review of the application.(Added by Stats. 2019, Ch. 159, Sec. 7.
