If the court orders any temporary relief in an action or proceeding subject to this article, any party to the action or proceeding may file with the court a written request that the court make a final determination in the action or proceeding, and the court shall thereafter make a final determination and enter judgment within 180 days of the date the request was filed, unless the party who filed the request files a withdrawal of the request with the court prior to the filing by the court of its memorandum of intended decision.(Repealed and added by Stats. 1984, Ch. 1039, Sec. 9.)
