(a) This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the Permit Streamlining Act.(b) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the provisions of this chapter shall apply to all public agencies to the extent specified in this chapter, except that the time limits specified in Division 2 (commencing with Section 66410) of Title 7 shall not be extended by operation of this chapter.(c) Any action brought in the superior court relating to this chapter may be subject to a mediation proceeding conducted pursuant to Chapter 9.3 (commencing with Section 66030).(Amended by Stats. 2010, Ch. 699, Sec. 22.
