This division shall not apply to the construction, financing, or leasing of dwelling units pursuant to Section 65852.1 or accessory dwelling units pursuant to Article 2 (commencing with Section 66314) of Chapter 13 of Division 1, but this division shall be applicable to the sale or transfer, but not leasing, of those units.(Amended by Stats. 2024, Ch. 7, Sec. 22.
