Applications for an exception from the Subdivision Map Act pursuant to Section 66412, and applications for parcel map waivers pursuant to Section 66428, shall be acted upon by a local agency within 60 days of the application being deemed complete pursuant to Section 65943.(Added by Stats. 1994, Ch. 977, Sec. 2.
