68121. A confirmation by the Commission on Judicial Appointments, pursuant to subdivision (d) of Section 16 of Article VI of the California Constitution, is effective when adopted by the commission. Promptly thereafter, the commission shall file a written notice of the confirmation with the Secretary of State.(Amended by Stats. 1990, Ch. 136, Sec. 1.)
