The seals of the superior courts shall:(a) Be circular.(b) Be not less than one and one-fourth inches in diameter.(c) Have in the center any word, words, or design adopted by the judges of the superior court.(d) Have inscribed around the central words or design 'Superior Court of California, County of [____],' inserting the name of the county.The seal of any such court, which has been adopted before April 1, 1880, shall be the seal of such court until another is adopted.(Amended by Stats. 2007, Ch. 738, Sec. 15.
