Witness’ fees in criminal cases in superior courts, other than fees for expert witnesses appointed by the court for the court’s needs pursuant to Section 730 of the Evidence Code, are charges against the same funds as grand jurors’ fees in criminal cases.(Amended by Stats. 2012, Ch. 470, Sec. 48.
