For a nonmember, the retirement allowance shall be based on the salary payable, at the time payment of the allowance falls due, to the judge holding the judicial office to which the member judge was last appointed or elected, or from which the member is eligible to retire.(Amended by Stats. 1992, Ch. 176, Sec. 6.
