75028.2. A retired judge on senior judge status shall not receive a retirement allowance, except for health and welfare benefits generally available to judges of courts on which the judge served as an active judge.The Controller shall administer payment of salary to retired judges on senior judge status and for making any appropriate deductions.(Amended by Stats. 1988, Ch. 544, Sec. 2.)
