On and after January 1, 1990, the right to elect to receive credit for prior service as a judge of an excluded court pursuant to Section 75029 shall apply only to a justice of the Supreme Court or a court of appeal or a judge of a superior or municipal court.(Added by Stats. 1989, Ch. 1417, Sec. 20.)
