75033.1. Any judge who is removed from office by the Supreme Court shall not receive any of the benefits provided by Section 75033. The amount of his accumulated contributions shall be paid to him by the Judges’ Retirement System.This section shall be applicable only to a person who becomes a judge after the effective date of this section.(Amended by Stats. 1986, Ch. 115, Sec. 8.)
