75079.5. Notwithstanding any other provision of this part, a judge who retires on or after January 1, 2002, and who elects to retire pursuant to Section 75025 shall have the right to elect an optional settlement pursuant to Article 3.5 (commencing with Section 75070).(Added by Stats. 2001, Ch. 433, Sec. 8.
