75100. There is in the State Treasury a fund known as the Judges’ Retirement Fund. All retirement allowances payable by law to judges shall be paid out of this fund. The fund shall consist of all cash, securities, or other assets paid into it in accordance with this article.(Added by Stats. 1953, Ch. 206.)
