76101.5. Notwithstanding any other provision of this article or Article 3 (commencing with Section 76200), following a public hearing, the board of supervisors of a county of the first class or a county of the 47th class which has established both a Courthouse Construction Fund and a Criminal Justice Facilities Construction Fund pursuant to the provisions of this chapter may by resolution provide for the transfer of deposits from one fund to the other.(Amended by Stats. 1995, Ch. 454, Sec. 1.
