76200. Alameda County is authorized to establish a Courthouse Construction Fund pursuant to Section 76100 so long as the county maintains a courtroom building in the City of Berkeley. In the event that the courtroom building in the City of Berkeley is closed, Alameda County may not collect those funds.(Amended by Stats. 2002, Ch. 784, Sec. 502. Effective January 1, 2003.)
