68505. The county clerks and clerks of all courts of record shall cooperate with the Judicial Council. They shall keep such records and make such reports to the council, in such manner and at such times, as the Chair of the Judicial Council requires, respecting the condition and manner of disposal of judicial business in their respective courts.(Amended by Stats. 1998, Ch. 931, Sec. 239.
