68543.7. Subject to funding in the Budget Act, the Chief Justice shall make available by assignment the equivalent of 50 additional full-time judges. A judge retired under the Judges’ Retirement System or the Judges’ Retirement System II sitting on assignment in a trial court shall be paid in the amount of 92 percent of 1/250th of the annual salary of a judge of the court to which he or she is assigned for each day of service in the court.(Amended by Stats. 1994, Ch. 879, Sec. 8.
