68803. A sufficient sum shall be annually appropriated out of any funds in the State Treasury not otherwise appropriated for the expenses certified pursuant to Section 68802 and to defray the traveling expenses of the justices and officers of the Supreme Court. The money so appropriated is subject to the order of the Clerk/Executive Officer of the Supreme Court. He or she shall disburse the money on proper vouchers, and account for it in annual settlements with the Controller on the first Monday of December of each year.(Amended by Stats. 2018, Ch. 92, Sec. 122.
