The fee for copies of any record or document in the office of the Clerk/Executive Officer of the Supreme Court or the Clerk/Executive Officer of a court of appeal is the prevailing commercial rate as determined by the Clerk/Executive Officer. The Supreme Court and each court of appeal may waive the charge for copies of opinions furnished to parties to the litigation and other interested persons.(Amended by Stats. 2017, Ch. 36, Sec. 15.
