If a building receives an unacceptable seismic safety rating under Section 70327, or is rejected as deficient under Section 70326, the county may appeal that action to the Court Facilities Dispute Resolution Committee. The state has the burden of proving by a preponderance of the evidence the unacceptable seismic safety rating or deficient rating.(Added by Stats. 2002, Ch. 1082, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 2003.)
