The Judicial Council, in consultation with the Department of Finance and the trial courts, and the California State Association of Counties, in consultation with the Department of Finance and the counties, shall develop the procedures for implementing the transfer of responsibility for court facilities from the counties to the state as set forth in this article.(Added by Stats. 2002, Ch. 1082, Sec. 4.
