If the Judicial Council and the county fail to reach agreement on any facility, each shall present its position to the Court Facilities Dispute Resolution Committee which shall render its determination concerning that transfer of responsibility for that facility.(Added by Stats. 2002, Ch. 1082, Sec. 4.
