The parties to any appeal of the determination of the county facilities payment, for purposes of the mailing of documents, are the county administrative officer, on behalf of the county, and the Administrative Director of the Courts, on behalf of both the state and the court.(Added by Stats. 2002, Ch. 1082, Sec. 4.
