The Judicial Council is authorized to acquire sites for the replacement of deficient court facilities within the Counties of Butte (New North County Courthouse), Los Angeles (New Southeast Los Angeles Courthouse), Tehama (New Red Bluff Courthouse), and Yolo (New Woodland Courthouse), as identified in the Immediate Needs Priority Group identified by the Judicial Branch Five-Year Infrastructure Plan, as adopted by the Judicial Council on April 25, 2008.(Added by Stats. 2008, Ch. 311, Sec. 5.5.
