70374.2. Notwithstanding subdivision (d) of Section 70374, in order to ensure that funding is available to support the construction of the new court facility projects approved in the Budget Act of 2007, the Judicial Council shall not commit to additional expenditures from the State Court Facilities Construction Fund above the amount appropriated in the Budget Act of 2007 unless the expenditures are replaced with increased funds to the fund.(Added by Stats. 2007, Ch. 176, Sec. 58.
