70376. It is the intent of the Legislature that funding for courthouse alteration, renovation, and construction be funded by money in the State Court Facilities Construction Fund and additional money as necessary from the state.(Added by Stats. 2002, Ch. 1082, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 2003.)
