The State Court Facilities Construction Fund shall be invested in the Surplus Money Investment Fund and all interest earned shall be allocated to the State Court Facilities Construction Fund semiannually and shall be allocated as otherwise provided in this article.(Added by Stats. 2002, Ch. 1082, Sec. 4.
