70398.1. (a) Subject to the provisions of this article and Section 13332.19, the Judicial Council may procure design-build contracts for public works projects.(b) The Judicial Council shall develop guidelines for a standard organizational conflict of interest policy, consistent with applicable law, regarding the ability of a person or entity that performs services for the Judicial Council relating to solicitation of a design-build project to submit a proposal as a design-build entity, or to join a design-build team. This conflict of interest policy shall apply to the Judicial Council entering into a design-build contract authorized pursuant to this article.(Added by Stats. 2021, Ch. 79, Sec. 30.
