The Board of Supervisors of the County of San Diego is authorized to approve a lease for any or all of the San Diego property and the county property, which actions shall not be subject to Article 8 (commencing with Section 25520) of Chapter 5 of Part 2 of Division 2 of Title 3.(Added by Stats. 2017, Ch. 17, Sec. 23.
