The exemption from CEQA for existing facilities identified in Section 15301 of Title 14 of the California Code of Regulations shall be deemed to apply to any lease authorized by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Diego for any or all of the improvements on the San Diego property and the county property.(Added by Stats. 2017, Ch. 17, Sec. 23.
