Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no fee shall be charged to file a first paper or any subsequent pleading or document on issues relating to parentage or support in a case in which a Title IV-D child support agency is providing services under Section 17400 of the Family Code.(Added by Stats. 2005, Ch. 75, Sec. 121.
