70016. The fees required by Sections 70015 and 70015.5 shall be taxed as costs in favor of any party paying the same and to whom costs are awarded by the judgment of the court. Such fee shall not be subject to the provisions of Section 6103 of the Government Code.(Amended by Stats. 1984, Ch. 601, Sec. 3. Effective July 19, 1984.)
