§ 70045

In a county having a population of 70,000 or less, as determined by the 1940 federal census, and having two or more superior court judges, each regular official reporter shall be paid an annual salary of four thousand two hundred dollars ($4,200), and each pro tempore official reporter shall be paid fifteen dollars ($15) a day for the days he actually is on duty under order of the court.(Added by Stats. 1953, Ch. 206.)
