In a county with a population of over 11,650 and under 12,000, as determined by the 1960 federal census, each regular official reporter shall receive as full compensation for taking notes in criminal cases an annual salary set by resolution of the board of supervisors. All other fees of such reporters shall be as elsewhere provided by law.(Amended by Stats. 1985, Ch. 370, Sec. 2.)
