70050.8. Notwithstanding the provisions of Sections 69948 and 69949, in counties with population of at least 62,000 and under 65,800, as determined by the 1960 federal census, the fee for official court reporters and court reporters pro tempore is seventy dollars ($70) per day unless the board of supervisors of the county shall, by resolution, provide for fees in excess of that amount, in which event the fee set by resolution shall apply.(Amended by Stats. 1980, Ch. 79.)
