In Mendocino County, the official phonographic reporters shall perform the following duties:(a) Report all proceedings before the superior court.(b) Report the proceedings of the grand jury.(c) Act as the secretary of, and render stenographic and clerical assistance to, the judge of the department to which they are assigned by the presiding judge.(Amended by Stats. 2005, Ch. 410, Sec. 1.
