70141.11. Notwithstanding Section 269 of the Code of Civil Procedure, any court reporting functions for the commissioner in Contra Costa County may be by electronic or mechanical means and devices.(Repealed and added by Stats. 2002, Ch. 784, Sec. 337. Effective January 1, 2003.)
