(a) An intermittent, part-time interpreter may not be an employee of more than one trial court, but may accept appointments to provide services to more than one trial court through cross-assignments.(b) This section shall become operative on January 1, 2025.(Repealed (in Sec. 8) and added by Stats. 2023, Ch. 556, Sec. 9.
