If agreement is reached by the representatives of the regional court interpreter employment relations committee and a recognized employee organization, they shall jointly prepare a written memorandum of understanding or agreement, which is not binding, and present it to the regional court interpreter employment relations committee or its designee for ratification.(Added by Stats. 2002, Ch. 1047, Sec. 2.
