72302. If a defendant has been arrested for felony upon a warrant issued by a judge of that court, the clerk may, under like conditions, accept bail in the amount fixed in the warrant.(Amended by Stats. 1998, Ch. 931, Sec. 329. Effective September 28, 1998.)
