91003.5. Any person who violates a provision of Article 2 (commencing with Section 87200), 3 (commencing with Section 87300), or 4.5 (commencing with Section 87450) of Chapter 7 is subject to discipline by that person’s agency, including dismissal, consistent with any applicable civil service or other personnel laws, regulations, and procedures.(Amended by Stats. 2021, Ch. 50, Sec. 236.
