'Primarily formed committee' means a committee pursuant to subdivision (a) of Section 82013 which is formed or exists primarily to support or oppose any of the following:(a) A single candidate. (b) A single measure. (c) A group of specific candidates being voted upon in the same city, county, or multicounty election.(d) Two or more measures being voted upon in the same city, county, multicounty, or state election.(Amended by Stats. 1995, Ch. 295, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 1996.)
