83117. The Commission may:(a) Accept grants, contributions and appropriations;(b) Contract for any services which cannot satisfactorily be performed by its employees;(c) Employ legal counsel. Upon request of the Commission, the Attorney General shall provide legal advice and representation without charge to the Commission.(Added June 4, 1974, by initiative Proposition 9.)
