84501.1. The Commission shall not, by regulation, policy, opinion, or advice letter, construe or interpret any of Sections 82025, 84305, 84310, 84501 through 84511, inclusive, or Section 85704 as allowing the Commission to establish or maintain any thresholds in quantity or amount that are not specified in those sections.
