Any candidate who files a statement of acceptance pursuant to Section 85401 and makes campaign expenditures in excess of the limits shall be subject to the remedies in Chapter 3 (commencing with Section 83100) and Chapter 11 (commencing with Section 91000).(Repealed and added by Stats. 2000, Ch. 102, Sec. 60.
